Sole builder of a production ML pipeline (YOLOv11 + SAM) that detects and pixel-segments vehicle scratches/dents from raw video — delivered ~92% accuracy and <5% FP rate on 1,000+ real-world car videos; built with Python & PyTorch from zero codebase.
Optimized inference latency by 3.1× — 19ms → 6ms/frame via Linux migration, OpenCV preprocessing, refactoring, eliminating redundant SAM calls. 600-frame video processes in under 2 minutes with zero hardware upgrades.
Deployed a full-stack ML system end-to-end: FastAPI backend (video upload → inference → best-frame extraction → COCO JSON polygon export) + React.js frontend — Postman-validated all endpoints; UI confirmed on Chrome, Safari, Firefox.

MediSight AI — Clinical Readmission Prediction

End-to-end clinical ML pipeline predicting 30-day diabetic hospital readmission on 101,766 real EHR encounters. TabNet deep learning + SHAP explainability + fairness audit across 5 demographic groups — ROC-AUC 0.763, deployed as REST API with p95 latency <12ms.

End-to-end NLP system translating plain English into schema-aware SQL. LangChain SQL agent + MySQL with dynamic schema introspection — 40%+ fewer query errors vs static prompting.
